New Delhi: A new twist has come in the Delhi blast case. The latest video of alleged suicide bomber Dr. Omar has surfaced, which has further increased the concern of the investigating agencies. This video is said to have been recorded a few days before the blast. The investigation teams are considering this as a direct reflection of his mental condition and intentions.

What is Dr. Omar saying in the video?

In the video, Dr. Omar is seen sitting very calmly and explaining his 'theory' on suicide attacks. He says that when a person accepts that he is going to die at a fixed time and a fixed place, a dangerous kind of acceptance is formed within him. From his words it seems that he was looking at death as a 'good' solution.

In the video he further says that such mentality cannot be accepted in any democratic system, because it is against society and law. The investigating agencies are also noticing the contradiction that he himself was talking about the same and had also moved his thinking in the same direction.

Deaths in Delhi blasts rise to 15

On the other hand, the death toll in the explosion that took place near the Red Fort on November 10 has increased to 15. Two more injured died in LNJP hospital. They have been identified as Lukman (50) and Vinay Pathak (50). Earlier last Thursday, another person named Bilal had passed away during treatment. Treatment of many injured is still going on, and the condition of some is said to be critical.

According to the investigating agencies, all the clues related to the blast are being re-examined. By combining the digital footage found so far, phone records, and now this video, the team is trying to understand why Umar took this step and from where he got help.
